Our Company commenced trading as “L.J. Hooker – Alice Springs” in July 1981, being an amalgamation of our previous entities, Tomac Real Estate (established 1965) and Central Realty (established 1976).
In May 1998 L.J. Hooker Alice Springs effected a joint venture merger with Asreal Real Estate Pty Ltd, the oldest established Real Estate agency in the Northern Territory, to form one of the largest Real Estate operations in the Australia wide L.J. Hooker network.
L.J. Hooker and Asreal have been responsible for over 90% of Alice Springs’ Commercial, Industrial and Residential property developments.
