It is hard to believe that it is almost 12 months since you old our house in Vine Street, and take this opportunity on behalf of Rachael and myself to again thank you for you professional and efficient endeavours in this regard.

We chose you personally to market our house, based largely on the overwhelmingly favourable impression you had given us as buyers looking for our new house. We had a strong sense of what we were looking for, and your manner was inviting and reassuring, never troubled by our demands.

You were certainly not the only agent who seemed enthusiastic about the house we were selling, but our meeting with you convinced us that our expectation was realistic and that you were there for the sale, not just the marketing and commission. You kept us informed of what was happening told us when people were shown through the house and gave feedback from each visit.

We were not expecting a quick result, however, within a month the property was sold before auction at a price we were more than happy with.

You were always cheerful, friendly, and most importantly, professional with all dealings with us. Not only did you do what was needed to sell the house but you went the extra mile with everything you did.

Chris and I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely and formally thank you for selling our home at Casey Street, Bendigo. Selling a home can be an emotional, hectic and stressful time, however through your utmost assistance, it was not a major hassel. He lived in his hut on a creek which flowed through the valley where gold was found. It is believed that this shepherd’s nickname “Abednigo” lent his name to this rich goldfield. Bendigo was proclaimed a city in 1871.
