Just wanted to say thankyou for all of your help with the purchase and makeover of the unit in Burnie. Too often people get negative feedback so I just wanted to say we really appreciated what you did for us to achieve the sale.

At the same time as purchasing this property we were purchasing one in WA which turned out to be a nightmare. No help from the agent or property manager and in the end the sale didn't go through - and gave us a very bad taste in our mouth to purchasing from a distance.

Both the help from your Sales and the Property Management Team made up for this other disaster so that we feel we can now proceed further.
