David brings to LJ Hooker 20 years of experience which commenced in the accounting profession with KPMG and Pitcher Partners. Since then David has held senior finance and general management positions with various companies in both Australia and overseas, including Kodak Polychrome Graphics; International Paper; Bendigo Health Care Group, and HRL Limited. The experience also includes management of a number of corporate acquisition and divestment transactions both in Australia and overseas. Domenic Saporito CA is a Director of LJ Hooker Business Broking – Melbourne Central. Domenic completed both a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and Catering & Hotel Management. Domenic is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. Domenic is also a Director of Caden Recruitment, a specialist white-collar recruiter specialising in the recruitment of Accounting & Finance, Office Support and Executive Personnel.
Domenic brings to LJ Hooker 10 years of experience in the accounting profession (KPMG & Pitcher Partners), and 10 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Domenic has acted for hundreds of clients across multiple industries and has recruited white-collar professionals at all levels from Finance Directors to bookkeepers.
Patti Davis – Business Broker and Officer In Effective Control. Originally from Queensland Patti has had extensive experience in residential and commercial property sales and development in Melbourne and has been one of the most successful inner city sales people in Melbourne in the last 10 years. Patti has also been responsible for successful sales in Eureka Towers and Freshwater Place.

Sam has also worked for a residential property developer and was responsible for selling and marketing all properties that the company developed.

Fiona Hindmarsh – B.Ec (Hons) MA (Manchester) – Consultant . Fiona has over 15 years experience in banking and corporate finance and has worked at major financing institutions including ANZ and Citibank. She has extensive experience in capital and debt financing for businesses and major projects across a number of sectors including resources, power and utilities, manufacturing and telecommunications. Fiona’s technical and advisory skills enable the LJ Hooker team to provide their clients with in-depth business and financial analysis and services as well as plan and lead high level marketing strategies and campaigns for major business sales.
Alastair Owen LLB, ACIS – Business Broker. Alastair holds an Honours degree in Law from the University of Nottingham in the UK, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and has completed the Advanced Management Programme at the Insead Business School in France.
Alastair joins us with 25 years experience in the energy sector, having held senior general management, business development and financing positions in Australia, Hong Kong, Korea, India and the UK for CLP (one of Hong Kong’s largest listed companies and owners of Tru Energy and Yallourn Energy in Australia) and Powergen, the UK electricity company. Alastair has significant experience in major corporate mergers, acquisitions and divestments both in Australia and overseas.
Peter Cahn -SeniorBusiness Broker. Peter is originally from South Africa where he was on the board of directors for Edgars, which is a subsidiary of one of the world’s largest retail chains. Peter was approached to take on the role of Merchandising Manager for Just Jeans in Australia and since then has operated his own business in the retail and wholesale sectors.
