Kerry Armstrong
Kerry Armstrong’s career in Commercial Real Estate spans more than 30 years.  He was one of the earliest specialists in this field that serviced the southern suburbs of Brisbane, Logan City, Albert Shire and the northern end of the Gold Coast.  He has seen the corridor from Brisbane and the Gold Coast grow significantly and believes that the growth potential in the Industrial and Commercial market in South East Queensland is only just now being realised.

Kerry was one of the founding owners of LJH Commercial Brisbane.  Kerry adopts a “hands on” approach to business and has negotiated many sales and leasing transactions over the years.

Ben Armstrong
Ben Armstrong has over 18 years experience in Commercial and Industrial Real Estate, having started working for LJ Hooker Springwood in 1990 after studying Property Valuation at the University of Queensland.

Ben has an in depth knowledge of Commercial Property Management and Sales Management. Ben purchased equity in the business in 2003 and has been integral to increasing the turnover of 2003 by more than ten times.

 

Janine Gee
Janine has over 8 years experience in real estate having been an integral member of the Harcourt's Gold Team, one of New
Zealand’s most outstanding and successful real estate companies. 

Janine joined LJH Commercial Brisbane in 2005 and is responsible for training, branding and the day to day operations.  In 2008 Janine
became a Director of the business.

Peter Kneipp
Peter Kneipp joined LJH Commercial as a Company Director, and heads the LJH Commercial Projects, Major Investments, Business Broking and Property Management team.  Prior to this Peter was a Senior Director with CBRE and was responsible for the Sale, Leasing and
Management of Shopping Centres throughout Queensland and Northern New South Wales.  

Peter, the Principal and Licensee of the office, is also a licensed Real Estate Agent, a sales and leasing agent, Business Broker and Registered Property Valuer.
