LJ Hooker Commercial Mildura is owned by Wendy Thomson and Geoff Martin and commenced in October 2005 with a partnership that grew out of the combination of a well recognised Commercial Business (Commercial Property Management Services) and the LJ Hooker Mildura commercial division.
 
Our Team

LJH Commercial Mildura is well equipped to meet our clients’ commercial real estate needs with a dynamic and well qualified team. Our offices in Mildura and Melbourne provide us with many opportunities and contacts to ensure we can work to each client’s individual requirements. Our team is committed to offering excellent service and win-win outcomes for all.

With more than 13 years experience at a local and national level, Wendy Thomson has honed strong skills in commercial property sales, leasing and management. A background in occupational health and safety, manufacturing, agriculture, viticulture, engineering, commercial, industrial and residential building and property development is an asset to the real estate business. She is an expert in these areas and has proven herself to be a skilled negotiator who is prepared to explore all options to achieve positive outcomes for her clients. She also specializes in consultancy work, is a qualified national trainer and has a reputation of “making things happen!”

Geoff Martin business partner, after 25 years in business prior to entering the world of real estate has a wealth of business networks which is invaluable to his role as a Commercial Sales Consultant.

Jodie Stockman has an excellent customer service focus and has many years experience in the service industry. Jodie manages our Holiday and Corporate Accommodation Portfolio and is the Commercial Portfolio Administration Manager.
