Reporting your complaint
It is preferable that all complaints be submitted in writing. Alternatively you can contact the licensee in charge of the office your complaint relates to. Information to be captured will include:
- Name and contact details of the complainant
- Description of the complaint
- Name of Franchise Owner or Staff Member that the complaint is being made about (if applicable)
- Outcome sought
All feedback and any other information, including any supporting documentation, should be forwarded to the office for recording and investigation.
Recording your complaint
Your complaint is recorded for investigation by the licensee in charge or principal.
Investigating your complaint
All complaints are discussed between licensee-in-charge and related parties with all notes recorded down. The surrounding circumstances, correspondence, discussions, representations and material relevant to complaint and complainant are carefully considered by licensee-in-charge.
Resolving the complaint
You will be contacted directly to be advised of the outcomes from the investigations.
