Booking Terms and Conditions
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS Any infringement of the following conditions permit the owner or agent to refuse key, amend rent of premises or immediately terminate the tenancy. The terms and conditions of the LETTING CONTRACT as agreed by both parties as follows: All holiday premises are fully equipped with the exception of linen and personal requirements, unless otherwise stated.
A deposit of $100 is due within 7 days of making the booking.
Final payments are due in full by cash, cheque, or EFTPOS before occupancy. This should reach our office no later than the last business day before your arrival. Keys cannot be left out otherwise.
CHECK IN TIME: 12:00 NOON: CHECK OUT TIME: 9AM
The deposit is accepted on the basis of current rental and conditions of the premises and is subject to any increase in rental or conditions as may be notified by the Owner or Agent prior to the commencement of letting. (Every reasonable endeavour will be made to offer alternate accommodation should this occur).
Due to government health regulations and strata by-laws no pets are allowed in any premises let by us.
With telephone or postal bookings, the description of the premises by the agent is made in good faith, but no responsibility for misdescription can be accepted.
Breakages, damages and lost keys are to be replaced and paid for.
No responsibility is taken by the Agent or Owners for tenants personal property.
The property rented is to accommodate only the number of persons specified and for the period stated. Should this be exceeded, the booking will be terminated
For cancellations notified in writing to us at least 30 days prior to the commencement of the booking the deposit will be refunded. For cancellations notified to us in writing less than 30 days prior to the commencement of the booking the deposit will only be refunded if the property is re-let for the full period at the full tariff. All cancellations incur a $ 50 cancellation fee .
This booking is made in good faith but we cannot be held responsible for actions taken by the owner of the premises outside our control.
The Agent cannot be held responsible should a property be sold and all the bookings cancelled. All endeavours to find alternative accommodation shall be made by the Agent.
Please assist by leaving the premises clean and tidy, with cutlery and cooking utensils washed and put away, and soiled mattress protectors, pillow protectors and bedspreads laundered, or additional cleaning fees may be charged. NOISE: No person on the premises shall conduct themselves so as to cause a nuisance to adjoining or neighbouring occupants. In units, Strata Title by-laws and regulations must be observed.
The tenant agrees to allow the Agent or his nominee to enter the rented premises to arrange necessary repairs.
Tenants are requested to put wheelie bins out on the night prior to collection as stated on the notice in each property.
