Our Office - Servicing Gungahlin Real Estate and Surrounds
The Gungahlin region is located at the northern point of Canberra and the LJ Hooker Gungahlin office lies in the heart of the expanding Town Centre. Two large golf courses along with a series of lakes and holding ponds provide a central core for Canberra’s newest growth area, and a picturesque backdrop for suburban living. Many have made the region their home. From first time buyers through to the luxury and lifestyle purchasers, the living choices range from sleek apartment living to prestige golf course and lake side residences.
The creation of Gungahlin began in 1991 with the first land sales. Our staff were involved with these initial releases, and the Gungahlin office opened its doors in 1998 following the completion of the first retail centre in the area.
The office has since been at the forefront of residential sales, and our experienced team have become well known in the area for their knowledge and sales ability. Each suburb has been appointed a specialist, who dedicates themselves to researching and maintaining detailed records about its history and it’s market. We currently hold a number of regional records for the highest sale prices including Palmerston, Ngunnawal, Amaroo and the Nicholls Promenade.
Our property management division has been established since the opening day of the office, and we are proud to say that the team we now have in place are second to none in providing a complete and professional service to our landlords.
