Testimonials
"Brian Williams is a true professional who goes out of his way to assist where he can, even if this means 'out of office hours'. He does what he says he will do, which I very much respect and appreciate. He is a very helpful and sincere gentleman!"
"We are writing this letter of appreciation for the fantastic job that Eric did selling our home. His market appraisal was spot on and our house was sold in a little over a week. Eric's feedback after every inspection was appreciated. His professionalism, enthusiasm & genuine friendliness took away the stress that is normally associated with selling your home.
Eric obviously enjoys his job a great deal & we cannot speak highly enough of him. If we sell again it goes without saying that he will have our listing.
Many thanks Eric........Carol & Nigel Cruickshak
"We would like to thank Brian Williams for his professional assistance with the purchase of our new property and the sale of our current home.
We found Brian knowledgeable, open and easy to deal with together with a genuine desire to provide a professional service and help people in the area of his expertise.
We would not hesitate to recommend Brian to anyone who wants the sale of their home to be as stress free as possible".

"Dear Leigh,
I would like to take this opportunity to thank LJ Hooker for your professional service during the last 18 months. Kerryn Rushton has been the best letting agent I've come across for years and the personal relationship you and I have developed, has been a very positive experience.
Sean Weir deserves a special commendation for his dedication, follow-up and overall superb manner in dealing with the sale of my unit. I've found him to be easy to get on with, but professional in all regards. It was not unusual to receive calls late in the evening or early in the morning for updates, which I appreciate.
I realise the sale is not 100% complete, but have no fear it'll eventuate. I will most certainly visit your office again to say hi and to meet those who've worked so hard.
Have a good day.

It is known as the gateway to southern Tasmania.
Although botanist Robert Brown explored the area in 1804, the town's name was changed to Kingston in recognition of the officer in charge of the first settlement, Lieutenant Philip Gidley King.
Over the years, Hobart has grown and just about consumed Kingston as one of its suburbs.
