Julie Fullbrook and the team at L.J. Hooker Lake Cathie were thoroughly professionally and have a high degree of customer care. Julie?s market appraisals were spot on. I decided to sell the house at auction. The process was quick and efficient. There were numerous offers made before the auction and a sale was secured before auction. Julie never pressured me to take any of the offers and gave me a cool opinion when I asked for it. The final offer made was a very good result.
With the land I initially set a too high price. Again Julie did not pressure me to change the price when I had no offers. Through her advise I lowered the price and even though it took nine months I finally got an offer. The final price I accepted was pretty well what Julie said it would be nine months earlier. I should have listened. Julie Fullbrook gave me weekly progress details so I knew where we were at all times. I couldn?t have asked for better service.

In our 46 years of marriage, Bill & I have bought and sold around 40 properties. We have had good agents, and sometimes really bad ones.
