New listing opportunities with the Liveability Property Features™ icon
What are the 17 Liveability Property Features?
The Liveability Property Features™ offer the potential for reduced running costs and increased comfort if used correctly by the occupant.
What does the Liveability Property Features™ icon mean?
This icon on the property listing of a home for sale or rent highlights that the property has a minimum of 6 Liveability Features™ out of a possible 17.
The Liveability Property Features™ icon is not an energy rating. The 17 Liveability Features™ encompass water and energy efficiency as well as living locally. The icon's use depends on what features the property has at the time of sale or rent. These are identified via a property appraisal made during a home visit so it reflects the features that are actually in the property (as built) and not a plan.
Only a trained Liveability Real Estate Specialist can appraise and list properties with these features. This ensures that your property is always expertly marketed by a specialist real estate agent.
How many of the 17 Liveability Features™ does a property need to have to qualify for the symbol?
In order for a property to be able to show the Liveability Features™ symbol in online property marketing it has to have at least 6 of the specially selected features within The 17 Things™ Checklist.
What if a property has less than 6 Liveability Property Features™?
In this case your home is not eligible for the Liveability Property Features™ icon. However, every feature is important and individual features can still be marketed by a Liveability Real Estate Specialist. In addition, in such a scenario the remaining 17 Things™ then become a reliable checklist for potential renovation opportunities prior to sale or once the home is purchased.
