Location Description
A popular residential area close to the popular Dee Why and North Curl Curl Surf Beaches. Offers a convenient lifestyle close to shops, city transport all within a short distance to the beach. Dee Why and the adjoining areas of North Curl Curl, Beacon Hill, Narraweena and Cromer, make up a heavily populated residential suburb, 15km north of the Sydney CBD at the southern end of the renowned Northern Beaches. Sporting and family recreation are very well catered for in the area. Dee Why Park is a popular location for soccer and the Dee Why Lagoon Wildlife Refuge is a favourite nature spot. Dee Why and North Curl Curl beaches and rock pools are very close by and are extremely popular year round with surfers and families.

Dee Why has many cafes and retail outlets. There is many banks, real estates, solicitors for all you business needs. Warringah Mall Shopping Centre is also only 2km south which offers hundred of varieties shops and a Hoyts Multi-Cinema for all your entertainment needs. The large and always busy Time and Tide Hotel on Campbell Avenue offers excellent food, music and entertainment. Dee Why Library is a large public library for all your reading and resource needs.
Transport
There is a regular stream of buses traveling along Pittwater Road which can take you to the far Northern Beaches of Palm Beach or towards Manly, Warringah Mall and the city. Other services connect commuters to Chatswood and beyond. Ferry and Jet Cat services from Manly can provide transport from Manly to Circular Quay in the city.
