I would like to commend you on the wonderful effort you put in to selling my father's house in Maroubra. My sister-in-law and I knew from when we first spoke to you, that you were a genuine person with a great sense of humour.


It was a difficult time for us, but your sensitive nature and sense of humour helped us over that. Having to come back to Western Australia and leave the sale of the house to virtual strangers was also difficult. But having met you several times we knew it was in good hands and having you ring continually, keeping us up to date with movements on the house, was very reassuring.


Then came the auction from over the other side of Australia, but the worry was unnecessary,
