I wanted to forward my sincere appreciation for the assistance you and your team at L J Hooker Mooloolaba afforded me while managing my property during my time overseas.
I have had a number of properties previously managed by realtors in Brisbane and Perth which regrettably had not been a positive experience.
As I have been absent from the Sunshine Coast for over 20 years it was a great relief to have this new purchase, (which was to be my eventual permanent home), managed professionally from the outset. Your coordination with the previous owners, allowing a viewing by potential tenants, prior to their departure and sale settlement mitigated any loss to me of rental returns.
Leanne's management of the general maintenance issues encountered during the tenancy was appreciated, as once again overall costs and most importantly, time required by me was kept to a minimum, which was crucial due to my workload in Japan.
A further note of appreciation to Trish, who assisted me in the lease termination process with the tenants, this was somewhat complicated due to my changing departure dates from my home in Tokyo, Japan.
