Principals Ray Cross and Chris Childs head a progressive sales team which comprises 3 residential sales consultants as well as 2 (Including Chris) who specialise in Rural Property Sales and Listings. Our front office staff provide excellent service to customers and look after Property Management, Sales Administration and Reception.

Principal/Commercial Sales L.J. Hooker Franchise owner for the past 14 years. Former member of prestigious Multi Million Dollar Chapter and Captains Club for excellence in sales within L.J. Hooker. Attends to administration matters, conducts company auctions and handles the sale of commercial properties.

 

                                                
Chris Childs

Principal/ Rural Sales Consultant Now a local resident, Chris has a lifelong history in the rural sector and has been involved in Stock and Station agency and Auctioneering for most of his working life. Having come from the Riverina area, he is now very conversant with the local area and specialises in listing and selling rural and lifestyle properties. 

 

                                             

 

Lyn McMahon

 

Rural Sales Consultant. Lyn has joined us after a long career in the banking industry. She has lived in the Murwillumbah district for most of her life and is well known in our community. In the early stages of her Real Estate career, Lyn is already making a significant impact. Lyn has recently completed the Future Champions Programme.

 

Kirra Springs

 

Kirra has resided in the Murwillumbah district for many years. She has vast experience in the local hospitality industry and therefore has a great rapport with a large cross section of the community. Kirra’s long term management role and strong allegiance with many of Murwillumbah’s business leaders provides her with a good grounding as she enters the Real Estate Industry. Kirra has recently completed Future Champions Programme.

 

Shane Bonser

 

Shane is new to the Real Estate industry having spent a lot of his working life in Project Management, small acreage development and retail selling. His extensive knowledge of most facets of development requirements and council procedures will be invaluable in his Real Estate career. Shane recently completed the Future Champions Programme and is also a long term local.

Tara Bell

Office Manager, Having worked under L.J. Hooker banner at Tugun, Tara is very experienced in most facets of the Real Estate industry and certainly the L.J. Hooker Systems. She has just made the elite Captains Club, she heads a young team that can satisfy your needs in Property Management, Administration, Sales Support and Reception. Tara is a member of the elite Captain's Club within L.J. Hooker.

 


Janelle Cross

Janelle has been a member of the L.J. Hooker family since 1993.  For the majority of this time she has been a non-working director and wife of long term franchise owner and husband, Ray.  Recently she has adopted a more active role in the business in the areas of administration and Property Management.  Janelle is vastly experienced in book keeping systems and general administration.

 


Linda Childs 

Business Systems Operator Linda, having relocated from the Riverina late 2004, is now an established member of the community. She performs a critical role in assuring that all facets of the sales section, including advertising, client updates, sales administration, etc is being carried out to the highest of standards. 

 


Shannon Franks 

Rural Personal Assistant Shannon is also a product of L.J. Hooker, having previously worked at L.J. Hooker Coolangatta and Tugun. She is responsible for assisting Chris Childs and Lyn McMahon in the rural sector and monitoring market trends in our area. Shannon is also experienced in Property Management and Reception. 

 


Tegan French

Reception/Property Manager Tegan is a local resident who was raised in Murwillumbah and attended school at Mt Saint Pat's College until graduating in Year 12 at the end of 2004. Tegan's desire to come home to Murwillumbah has given us the opportunity to employ an experienced Property Manager who possesses enviable qualities in communication, customer service, honesty and integrity.

 

Carliha Brown

 

Carliha is a long term local resident who is brand new to the Real Estate Industry. At just 24 years of age she is already a property investor who has excellent knowledge of most facets of the industry as well as a passion for putting people in touch with attractive properties in the Murwillumbah district. Carliha commenced her Real Estate career in Sales Support and is now progressing into her desired Residential Sales role.
