Government releases final land at Bushlark Grove
The Queensland government has released the final tranche of residential lots at Bushlark Grove in Moranbah, and buyers are urged to move quickly to avoid disappointment.
Buyers have shown strong interest in the residential property development, with the previous land release recording almost an 80 per cent sale rate since June - indicating increasing demand in the state's real estate sector.
Deputy premier and minister for state development, infrastructure and planning Jeff Seeney said the release of 29 land-only lots and 51 house and land packages is the last release for Bushlark Grove.
"Moranbah has been subjected to severely limited housing options and to very high housing prices and the accelerated release at Bushlark Grove is alleviating the housing stress in the community," Mr Seeney explained.
"This release offers the community with a diversity in housing product, but more importantly provides people with affordable housing options which they have not had available to them before."
With land lots starting at $168,500 and housing and land packages available from $313,000, savvy buyers are likely to be interested in the latest release which offers affordable options to break into the state's property market.
Bushlark Grove is situated just one kilometre from the town centre, and is in close proximity to schools, medical facilities and sporting fields.
