LJ Hooker Regional Manager Paul Moore acknowledged Mr Yap on the evening, who decided to take to auction the family home at Hawthorne – where the industry veteran grew up - selling it under the hammer.
“When an agent takes their own home to auction, that is really a strong vote of confidence in the auction process, and the result was well above expectations.”
