4. Maintaining Your Property
Our internal policy is to contact you as soon as maintenance issues come to our attention; except in cases of emergency. All tenants are provided with emergency contact numbers and in the unlikely event a tenant cannot contact our office or after hours number, our emergency tradespeople will report to your Property Manager with details of the issue within 24 hours.
5. Detailed Checking Procedure
Our application forms ask detailed questions, to ensure we can obtain an accurate picture of the prospective tenant's rental history. We verify their employment or financial position and contact personal referees. To further authenticate the prospective tenant's history we ask that they provide photo identification and prove they are the person actually signing the application.
6. Peace of Mind for Absent Landlords
If you live or move away from the area, interstate or overseas, you can rest easy when your property is managed by LJ Hooker. You can simply transfer your authority over to your LJ Hooker Property Manager. This will allow them to undertake additional management functions in your absence, all the while staying in constant contact with you.
