A1 Tenant Card

The A1 Tenant Card programme is LJ Hooker’s own loyalty reward programme.

It recognises good tenants, making them feel special while at the same time the landlord is very happy to have a good tenant in his/her property and has the peace of mind their property is being looked after.

This is a prestigious recognition and is given to selected tenants who meet a certain criteria.  It is a privilege that needs to be earned.  The card is our appreciation toward our tenants and rewards their efforts. 

Here is the criteria upon which you can assess who qualifies for A1 Tenant status: 

• Tenants must have rented with LJ Hooker for a continuous 9 month period
• During this period, rent should have been paid on time consistently
• No complaints lodged by adjoining tenants or neighbours
• The property must have been maintained to the satisfaction of the managing agent
  

The criteria may vary in an LJ Hooker office.

• If tenants move to another area, state or New Zealand they can show their A1 Tenant card as a reference to any LJ Hooker agent who will give them priority treatment whether they want to rent, buy or sell.
• Builds a stronger relationship with their agent
• Entitlements to discounts and offers around the country, in some areas.
  

Benefits to our Landlords Include:

• Notification to landlord that their investment property now have as A1
• Qualified tenant, gives them peace of mind that their property is being looked after.
• Builds a stronger relationship, trust and security with the LJ Hooker agent
• More reason to give the property to L. J. Hooker to manage. The benefit is a quality tenant in the property – something every owner hopes for.
• Enforces to the landlord that you are providing on going monitoring of their investment.

The LJ Hooker A1 Tenant Card can entitle our valued tenants to special privileges and top-priority treatment, whilst bringing you valuable business connections and referrals.

The special privileges are discounts negotiated by your LJ Hooker with businesses in your area.

The A1 Tenant Card Sticker (featured on this page), when displayed in local business windows, promotes the discount available to A1 Tenant cardholders, and therefore attracts the A1 Tenant to that business.
