Matthew Johnson is a member of the prestigious Multi Million Dollar Captain’s Club which is the top 5% of all salespeople in Australia and New Zealand. He has a wealth of local knowledge and was raised, educated and lives on the North Shore. He is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, and also has a Law degree, Arts degree, and Diploma of Business. 

Jan Tutton is a highly successful salesperson who specialises in residential real estate in the St Ives area. She has a unique brand of personalised service, which has led to many happy vendors passing on her details to friends and family looking to sell. We are privileged to announce that Jayne DeMaio has joined our dynamic sales team. Originally from New York, Jayne brings a cosmopolitan flavour to the Upper North Shore. She is Licensed Real Estate Agent, and also has a Bachelor of Science and Diploma of Business.  Having worked successfully in St Ives for several years, she has built a reputation based on personalised service and premium results.

Michael Carter is our Senior Property Manager.  He has worked on the North Shore in Property Management for over 6 years. Since Michael began with us in 2007, he has proven himself to be a great asset to LJ Hooker St Ives, with multiple Clients reporting how quick  and professional the service has been since he arrived.  His positive and often perfectionist outlook, youthful energy, along with his experience in the industry helps to increase the standard of service that Michael aims to achieve.

At LJ Hooker St Ives we are heavily involved in the local community and we proudly support the Lions Club Annual Auction Celebration at St Ives. We are also proud sponsors of Turramurra Bowling Club & St Ives North Primary.

Every year, along with our other LJ Hooker colleagues, we raise money for Cystic Fibrosis and give generously to the Smith Family and Red Shield appeals.
