I wanted to write in and let you know of the great service I received from one of your team, Deborah Jarvis, whilst selling my unit at College Park.
I am originally from Adelaide, but now live in Sydney, and the sale was managed by Deborah without me around.
I have been involved with real estate agents from time to time when I have had to rent, purchase and rent out properties, which were usually stressful experiences.
Deborah was brilliant to work with. She communicated effectively, and quickly grasped what things were going to be important to me throughout the process. Deborah's professionalism was always apparent. She worked effectively and sensitively with my tenant when arranging openings, keeping the tenant informed throughout, resulting in a co-operative and helpful relationship. She also managed the communication with the rental manager, with polite efficiency and professionalism. Deborah kept me informed throughout the process, even if there wasn't much to report. She was always available to answer any of my questions and her marketing and industry knowledge was spot-on. She referred me to a terrific conveyancer nearby who she worked very well with, and who worked well with me.
It was apparent to me during the sale, that Deborah had integrity, was honest, communicated sincerely, and was a great facilitator. It was also clear that Deborah loved her job, loved the people she worked with and the people she worked for.
Congratulations to you all - it takes insightful and clever managers to encourage and develop brilliant staff. I will whole-heartedly be recommending Deborah to my family, friends, and colleagues for purchases or sales of property.
