LJ Hooker Strata Management Services
The purpose of engaging a strata manager is to alleviate the necessity of the elected executive committee members from continuing involvement in the day to day administrative matters associated with the management of your strata scheme by delegating the responsibilities normally undertaken by the Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer to the strata manager who will liaise with the executive committee through the Secretary on all relevant matters where decisions of the executive committee may be required and to execute any instructions arising from an executive committee meeting.

LJ Hooker Strata Management Services manages all classes of strata schemes from residential two lot schemes, home units, villas, townhouses, commercial and industrial properties which includes shopping centres, factory complexes and motels throughout the Sydney metropolitan area, regional areas such as Newcastle, the Southern Highlands and various country areas.

Our strata division is exclusively involved in the management of strata schemes, community title schemes and company title properties and management staff regularly attend specialised training courses with the Real Institute of New South Wales and associated bodies.

More than 90% of our new strata clients appoint us as their strata manager following referral from our current satisfied clients.
