Indeed, everything has been now finalized and our property sale has been completed.

Di and I made a decision months ago to buy an investment /sea change property in NSW.
After searching many websites, we settled on some properties in Wingham.
We sent off requests to several estate agents regarding the properties they had listed.
We can honestly say, that the information and presentation package Karen put together for us was outstanding.
We only had limited time to inspect the properties, as we live in NT, and Karen had everything organised and ready for inspections. She had a very good knowledge of the properties she had lined up for us to inspect and when we decided on the one we wanted, she conducted the negotiations in a very professional way and with a minimum of fuss. Being from interstate, and with not much time, this was very appreciated.
The contract arrangements and closure of the sales went like clockwork.

Wingham is the oldest established town on the banks of the Manning River on the mid-north coast of NSW. It is about 350 km north of Sydney and 13 km upriver from Taree.
The town supports a population of about 9,000.
It is also only a short drive from the sandy beaches of Old Bar, Harrington, Foster/Tuncurry and Port Macquarie.
Beef, dairy and timber support a strong economy which also includes a meat works and saw mills.
