LJ Hooker, Australia’s best known and most trusted real estate brand, and iProperty Group, Asia’s #1 online property group, have formed a partnership.
The partnership between the two parties will see over 50,000 sales listings published from more than 700 LJ Hooker offices in Australasia on the iProperty Group’s network of property portals in Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Macau and Singapore.
The agreement will allow LJ Hooker agencies to advertise their for sale properties in key Asian markets whilst tapping into a whole new market of potential property buyers and investors in the Asian region.
The iProperty Group Chief Executive Office Shaun Di Gregorio said “We are very excited to be working with LJ Hooker as it enables us to jointly leverage our combined strengths for the ultimate benefit of our customers and our consumers.”
LJ Hooker’s partnering with the iProperty Group closely followed the July announcement of a partnership agreement with China’s largest property website, Juwai.com.
The partnership will enable LJ Hooker’s customers to tap into China’s rapidly growing property investor market.
LJ Hooker residential and commercial listings will be marketed directly to Chinese international property buyers via the Juwai website.
LJ Hooker chief executive Georg Chmiel is excited about the opportunity the partnership with Juwai.com presents saying, “Through this portal we will further expand the online reach of our residential and commercial listings and provide access to one of the fastest-growing markets for our clients.”
LJ Hooker is committed to growing and expanding the reach of its agents, not just in Australia and New Zealand but also in Asia. Its aim is to provide the best real estate experience and service for its customers and to continue to be the leading brand and the name that is synonymous with real estate.
