Prospective buyers looking for real estate in the Broome region may be interested in the release of several residential lots in the area.
Western Australian lands minister Brendon Grylls said as part of the next stage of the Waranyjarri Estate development in North Broome, 23 single lots are up for sale- giving would be homeowners more property choice in the region.
Those with a young family may be interested in the residential real estate opportunity, with the land located close to a future primary school, as well as local parks.
Ranging in size from 486 sq m to 911 sq m, prices start from $168,000, with eligible buyers receiving up to $14,000 of government rebates.
"Following the success of the stage 8A release, the five lowest-priced lots are again reserved for first homebuyers to assist them into the market," Mr Grylls explained.
"This release demonstrates the state government's commitment to providing a continuous supply of reasonably priced land in the region."
For those interested in the purchasing property at the estate, there is also a further 99 lots forecast for release later this year - with works underway at the site to prepare the land for sale.
