LJ Hooker, Australia’s number one real estate network, has reaffirmed its position in the marketplace by taking out the top prize at the annual Real Estate Business Awards for the third year in a row.

 

The award recognises the major real estate network that has most effectively driven business growth during 2014 utilising a range of business development principles and tactics, and is based on business growth metrics as well as support and servicing.

 

LJ Hooker’s CEO Grant Harrod accepted the award on behalf of the network saying the success of LJ Hooker could be put down to the company’s attitude towards superior customer service.

 

“At the core of what we do is the customer as such LJ Hooker places great emphasis on the customer through ongoing investment in our iconic brand, innovative initiatives, superior training and education, and exceptional customer service,” he said.

 

“To win this award for the third year running is testament to our network and corporate staff who work tirelessly to ensure that nobody does real estate like LJ Hooker.”

 

This award highlights a number of initiatives implemented by the LJ Hooker network over 2014 across training, education, innovation and technology including the Liveability Real Estate framework which includes comprehensive training for real estate agents on how to identify and effectively sell and rent homes with 17 additional property features.


Alex Lambros of LJ Hooker Home Loans Eastern Suburbs also took out Residential Mortgage Broker of the Year reinforcing his dedication to customer service and building a solid team and referral business, while LJ Hooker Sunnybank Hills were awarded the title of Sales Office of the Year – Metropolitan.
