Facebook strategy fills LJ Hooker’s pipeline

LJ Hooker agents appraise a property every minute since 1 September

LJ Hooker's Australian industry-first social and digital media strategy has reached almost five million people in the opening weeks of the spring selling season.

At the close of September, the newly-launched LJ Hooker Boost - a 'best-in-breed' strategy which combines targeted Facebook and Instagram marketing with email and lead nurturing via ActivePipe - had reached 5,553,127 online users.

Through its automated social media advertising generator - powered by Tiger Pistol - an enormous 17,030,378 advertisement impressions were achieved for the brand and its agents in September.

But, most importantly, LJ Hooker's Head of Digital Drew McTavish said the digital and social media strategy had generated thousands of appraisals for network members since the beginning of September. The digital and social strategy has contributed significantly to the network appraising a property every working minute over spring.
