In the event of a dispute as to which prize/panel on which the ‘ticker’ of the Spinning Wheel lands and therefore which prize an entrant is entitled to win, the Promoter’s decision will be final. For the avoidance of doubt the entrant will only receive one (1) unit of the relevant prize for which the ticker lands on the Spinning Wheel. Only one (1) prize will be awarded via the Spinning Wheel game.

The odds of being drawn as a Participant may be significantly higher than the odds of the drawn Participant winning the $1,000,000 property voucher prize, and will depend upon the number of entries received.
