Shari Jones joined LJ Hooker Southern Gold Coast in 2020, bringing with her a strong passion for property management leadership and a clear desire to grow within a supportive and collaborative real estate network. Although Dan Alexander first reached out to Shari in 2017 about an opportunity with the business, the timing wasn’t right. Over the years, however, she remained connected and closely followed the impressive growth and success of LJ Hooker Southern Gold Coast. By 2020, Shari was ready for a new challenge, and joining the team felt like a natural next step in her career.

Since becoming part of the LJ Hooker network, Shari says the biggest benefit has been the exceptional level of support, collaboration and shared knowledge across the group. Being surrounded by like-minded professionals who share the same commitment to excellence has not only strengthened her property management business, but has also supported her personal growth as a leader.

What has surprised Shari most about working within LJ Hooker is the genuine sense of connection throughout the network. One of Shari’s proudest achievements since joining LJ Hooker Southern Gold Coast has been winning Performance Manager at Night Of The Stars twice, a milestone that reflects her dedication, leadership capability and the strength of the team and network around her.
