Exclusive Spring Sales Event Campaign

Participating LJ Hooker offices are offering an exclusive spring sales event for properties launched to the market in 2024 from July to October

By signing to the 2024 Exclusive Spring Sales Event Campaign, you are agreeing to the following:

  1. a) Property to be launched to the market in July, August, September and October 2024 for sale by either Private Treaty or Auction.

  1. b) Vendors must sign the “Exclusive Spring Sales Event Campaign” marketing agreement and agree to the marketing package as specified with no adjustments.

  1. c) Power Marketing Options are payable up front, prior to launch of the listing.

  1. d) If an auction is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled event the full fee will be payable. Auctions cancelled within 7 days will incur a 50% fee of the auction cost.  Auctions cancelled prior to this will incur a $100 administration fee.

  1. e) If a property is withdrawn from sale, the full balance of all marketing costs including the upfront component becomes payable within 14 days of withdrawal.

  1. a) A person who enters their details above is considered a participant.
  2. b) Participant’s personal information will be collected by the Promoter. Personal information will be stored on the Promoter's database.
  3. c) The Promoter may use this information for future marketing purposes regarding its products, including contacting the entrant electronically. The Promoter is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and its privacy policy which is located at
