Australia’s number one real estate network, LJ Hooker has reaffirmed its influence taking out three key awards at the prestigious annual Real Estate Business Awards.

For the second year in a row LJ Hooker was crowned the winner of Digital Presence of the Year. This award recognises the agency that maximised their digital footprint throughout 2016.

LJ Hooker Chairman, L Janusz Hooker, accepted the award on behalf of the network saying the success of LJ Hooker could be put down to the company’s unrelenting commitment to innovation to drive business growth and provide seamless customer experiences.

“An effective digital footprint has never been more important than in today’s market,” Mr Hooker said.

“Although we are doing what we’ve always done, helping our agents build strong profiles in their local area, it’s now with a focus on utilising advanced digital and social strategies to better connect with the modern consumer. This is progressively in the online space.

“The focus of last year’s efforts, while driving us forward, provides the digital framework for our next level of growth and success of our agents.”

LJ Hooker also took out the award for best Training & Education Program and Principal of the Year – Regional for LJ Hooker Nerang Principal, Shane Colquhoun.

Best Training & Education Program acknowledges the network that is providing its members with the most effective and diverse training programs relevant to today’s real estate professional.

“This award is testament to our culture, which is developing people and sharing the knowledge of our vast network, and our investment into the most advanced digital training platform for real estate in the country, LJ Hooker Real Edge,” said LJ Hooker Network Chief, Graeme Hyde.

“At LJ Hooker, we know success breeds success and we are constantly looking at ways to improve our training and education programs to better equip our offices and to accelerate the success of our people.”
