LJ Hooker has continued to bolster its network performance team with the appointment of Natalie Mikhael as Business Growth Manager.

Ms Mikhael was previously with Harcourts, where she managed NSW operations and business development by supporting organisational strategy, business growth and performance across their key marketplaces.

At LJ Hooker, Ms Mikhael will partner with Rhonda Olsson, State Director of NSW & ACT, and fellow Business Growth Managers across the network to continue to support offices, their teams and expand the iconic brand in local markets.

Ms Mikhael said she was attracted to LJ Hooker's clear leadership and innovative offering.

"LJ Hooker has always been on my radar, but it wasn't until I met with the team that I truly understood the depth of their innovative systems, market-leading resources and high-level support and training. However, it was the brand's versatility and flexible options that hooked me.

"To be able to cater to the different needs of various offices is an exciting prospect to me, as it means I get to work hand in hand with offices to customise what they need to be successful in their market - it's not a one size fits all.

"People are the ones that sign up to a brand; they are committing their business to us; and so, in turn, I believe a brand should commit to helping them and their teams to thrive, which is the fundamental mindset at LJ Hooker.

"LJ Hooker also has a strong, well-structured leadership team, with a vast range of experience both in and out of the industry, which brings another dimension in everything they do," said Ms Mikhael.

Mr Olsson said Natalie's determined attitude, coupled with her expertise and thorough understanding of what offices need to be successful, made her the right fit for LJ Hooker.

"Having the right corporate support team in place to foster and develop relationships with our offices is vital in helping them to achieve their growth targets and thrive in a highly competitive environment, which is our clear focus," she said.

"We have been stealthily forming a solid team of best-in-breed talent to deliver value to our offices and will continue to build out to create the largest corporate team we've had servicing the state and territory.

"Appointing Natalie is testament to this as we are committed to propelling our network forward by ensuring they have the resources, knowledge and support to reach and connect with consumers and future-proof their businesses," said Ms Olsson.
