At LJ Hooker Bacchus Marsh, the team had deep market knowledge but were facing pressure from competitors undercutting on fees. Instead of discounting, they turned to targeted training sessions with LJ Hooker’s Victorian state manager David Cutler to refine their negotiation approach. After just two sessions, they repositioned their offering at the premium end of the market, lifting their appraisal conversion rate from one in five to four in five, while increasing their average fees.
In Queensland, Network Performance Manager Katrina Wise works shoulder to shoulder with sales teams, sitting in on meetings, unpacking real scenarios, and helping agents reshape their pitch to improve conversion.
