LJ Hooker shines at Canberra real estate awards

LJ Hooker has once cemented its leadership in the Australian Capital Territory real estate market by winning five gongs at the 2025 REIACT Awards for Excellence.

Bringing together the Territory’s top talent, these awards were presented on Saturday 23 August 2025 at the National Convention Centre Canberra.

The event celebrated best practice, innovation and community involvement across residential, commercial, property management, sales and strata.

LJ Hooker won five major awards:

  • Auctioneer Franchise of the Year: LJ Hooker (network)
  • Achievement Award: Gabby Woods, LJ Hooker Woden | Weston
  • Residential Salesperson of the Year: Jane Macken, LJ Hooker Woden | Weston
  • People’s Choice Auctioneer of the Year: Brianna Williams, LJ Hooker Gungahlin
  • Auctioneer of the Year: Nic Salter-Harding, LJ Hooker Dickson

REIACT CEO Maria Edwards said it was wonderful to recognise the dedication and hard work of those working in an industry that is so vital to the ACT community.

“All of our finalists and winners were able to demonstrate extraordinary achievement,” Maria said.
