“They just phoned our office and said they have previously dealt with LJ Hooker and asked if we would do an appraisal,” Mr Shinnick said.
“We don’t do a lot of sales in Bermagui or even south of us in towns such as Merimbula or Eden, but we find that sellers often already have a relationship with the LJ Hooker brand and are keen to do business with us. So being part of a trusted national network can lead to listings outside of our core area.”
