Growth Specialist to Drive Property Management for LJ Hooker in QLD & NT

LJ Hooker has welcomed Kathy Brown to its Queensland and Northern Territory Network Performance Team where she’ll partner with franchise owners to drive growth across property management.

Brown brings broad experience to the role having held both corporate and agency roles at major franchise groups including Harcourts.

Most recently, as director of Brown Consulting, she advised agency owners on rent roll acquisitions as well as attracting organic growth and unlocking efficiencies for improved service and productivity.

LJ Hooker General Manager of Network Steve Mutton said Brown’s appointment comes as the states – especially Queensland – were experiencing unprecedented rental conditions.

“Kathy has extensive experience leading teams and offering strategic business guidance to franchise owners,” said Mr Mutton.

“Her skillset, in being involved in some very large acquisitions and sales, will also be a valuable asset for our network at a time when property managements are at a premium.”

Brown said she was excited to get out and meet with LJ Hooker’s business owners and property management leaders across Queensland and the NT.
